With Brett’s extensive background as an executive chef and my roots in the Lansing area—having graduated from Grand Ledge—we’re excited to blend our experiences and turn our aspirations into achievements.

We pour our hearts into every batch of our hand-cut fries. Crafted from fresh, high-quality potatoes, our fries go through a meticulous process.
